We are thrilled to be part of your loc journey and cannot wait to provide you with a tailored, peaceful, and rejuvenating experience. To ensure your visit is seamless and enjoyable, here is everything you need to know before, during, and after your appointment.
Same Day Services
Yes, same-day services are available if availability permits. However, there is an additional $100 fee for same-day appointments. Otherwise, Lyrics services are appointment only needing at least 24 hours notice.
Before Your Appointment
• Save Our Business Number
Please save 424-290-1542 to your phone. This is our number for all communications, including the information for your virtual consultation.
• Communications with Leslie
Our Client Experience Manager, Leslie, will handle all appointment communications. Be sure to confirm receipt of her messages promptly so we can prepare everything you need.
• Payment Details
A payment link and Zelle information will be sent to you 24 to 72 hours before your appointment from our business number. Please complete your payment before your appointment or before the end of your appointment to avoid delays that could affect the next client.
• If you have questions about your balance or payment, message Leslie directly at the business number. This allows Lyric to focus on your hair while ensuring the experience is smooth for everyone.
• Appointment Reminder
Need a reminder of your appointment time? Just let Leslie know, and your confirmation email can be resent to you.
Changing or Canceling Your Appointment
If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, you can do so through the confirmation email you received. At the bottom of the email, you’ll find the options to “Change” or “Cancel.”
• 24-Hour Notice Required
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations Without 24-Hour Notice
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the appointment will need to be canceled and rescheduled. A new non-refundable deposit will be required to book another appointment.
When You Arrive
• Guest Waiting Area
Upon arrival, proceed to the guest waiting area to the right-hand side past Lyric’s salon suite (#306). Please do not knock on the suite door. Instead, text the business number to let us know you have arrived, taken a seat, and Lyric will meet you.
• No Additional Guests
As this is a salon suite, additional guests are not permitted unless it’s an emergency that has been communicated and approved in advance.
During Your Appointment
• Quiet Zone
• Please silence or set all electronic devices to vibrate.
• Phone conversations should be limited to essential calls only.
• If you plan to listen to music or entertainment, bring headphones to respect the serene environment.
• Plan Ahead
Be mindful of your appointment’s start and end times. This helps ensure everyone has the relaxing experience they deserve. Please refrain from asking when your appointment will end, as this was already provided in your confirmation email and Lyric will communicate if there are any changes in a timely manner.
• Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring what you need to stay comfortable during your appointment. While Lyric provides light snacks, they are not intended to replace a full meal. Please ensure that your head remains still and in an upright position while eating to allow Lyric to complete your hair on schedule. The primary focus is always delivering the best results for your locs within the allotted time.
Additional Reminders
• Clothing
Avoid wearing a hoodie, as it will get wet during your shampoo. If you do wear one, ensure you have a shirt underneath.
• Respect Appointment Timing
Respecting communication channels and allowing everyone to focus on their roles ensures your visit is smooth and enjoyable.
