Why Train With Lyric
Lyric is known for her precision crochet work and advanced loc repair techniques. With years of experience working with diverse hair textures and complex loc cases, she has developed a structured approach to loc maintenance and reconstruction that prioritizes both aesthetics and long-term loc health.
What is this Class?
The Loc Certification Intensive is a full-day hands-on training designed for locticians ready to elevate their skill, confidence, and service offerings. Unlike traditional beauty classes where students watch demonstrations, this training is built around real-world execution. Students will work side-by-side with Lyric on a live model, learning the exact crochet, repair, and reconstruction techniques used with real clients.
This training focuses on precision technique, professional decision-making, and service strategy, ensuring students leave with skills they can immediately apply behind the chair. The goal is not just to learn a technique — but to develop the confidence and understanding required to deliver professional-level loc services. Because hands-on education requires personal guidance, this class is intentionally limited to 6 students.
